How to apply to Our Arts & Crafts Expo by Location
We Only Accept Booking Electronically Through Our Website. Please Choose From the Events Below That Are Ready For Bookings.
You must submit an electronic application for each show you are wanting to attend. Our process is very easy and streamlined.
You must have a functioning email address that you check regularly as this is the main form of communication for each show. If you don't, you will miss very important information and possibly deleted without notice for not responding if we are contacting you.
After you book, you will be contacted by email to let you know that you are indeed booked and then a separate invoice email will come with info for leaving your $50 deposit. The deposit will be due within 14 days after you get the emailed invoice from us (Not from moment you submit your booking). The remaining balance MUST be paid NO LATER than 30 days before the event. On day 29 you are at risk of being deleted without notice and without refunds of deposits if balance isn't paid. If you are applying for and accepted to a show less than 30 days before the event, full payment MUST be made within 7 days of invoice date. If you are accepted to a show within 8-14 days of a show, full payment will be required with 48 hrs of the invoice date. If you are accepted 7 days or less to a show, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
