We Only Accept Booking Electronically Through Our Website and our application software, Booth Central. Please Choose From the Events Below That Are Ready For Bookings.
Note, these are not juried events but a high energy, fun and profitable retail market!
A Great Return On Your Booth Investment.
You must submit an electronic application for each show you are wanting to attend. Our process is very easy and streamlined. We use BoothCentral to manage our applications. We do NOT charge an application fee and our booth rates are very competitive in the industry. We think you will be pleasantly surprised...
You must have a functioning email address that you check regularly as this is the main form of communication for each show. If you don't, you will miss very important information and possibly deleted without notice for not responding if we are contacting you.
You will be required to supply a 20% - 25% deposit (Usually between $40 and $55 for a 10x10). The remaining balance won't be due until 30 days before the event. We make this easy with multiple forms of payment accepted. All this is done through the application system. Once you register on BoothCentral and book your first event with us, all future bookings will be very automated and streamlined for you. The system allows you to keep track of all the expo's you are booked with us, deal with payments, etc, all in one place. We think you will enjoy the easy, hassle free experience and NO APPLICATION FEES!

Quilted Creations by Diana: I just wanted to say kudos for a great event last weekend…well organized, well run, and the security and parking assistants were helpful…trash was emptied regularly (yeah!) and the guitarist who played at the entrance (near booth 32) was exceptional…not too loud to disturb me talking with customers but good easy listening selection -food choices were good too. The attendance was great thanks to all your advertising and social media posts. This was my first time as a vendor at one of your events but I am already signed up for the spring event! Thank you again for a wonderful successful weekend and see you next spring.

Hook and Thread Creations: I had a wonderful weekend here at the Melbourne art & Craft Expo! Foot traffic was tremendous and you did a great organized show! I come from Rhode Island and relocated here in April of this year. All I can say is that you could teach the arts & crafts fair organizers in R I and Massachusetts a thing or two! Note: If you book our events and then cancel the booking greater than two times within a calendar year, your booth deposits will be non-refundable and non-transferable going forward for all events in the future.
Note: Beginning January 1, 2023 there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee for any events that you are booked for and then cancel.
Note: You should not consider yourself officially booked for a booth at any event until you receive the approval email. Each application is reviewed by a human and then approved, not approved or waitlisted.
