The Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa spans an impressive 355 acres of well maintained grounds, buildings and modern facilities. A very well known landmark and destination to over 1.4 million people in Hillsborough County, not to mention the surrounding counties and cities a short drive away.
Perhaps you will enjoy the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino right next door! There are other hotel options just outside the venue for lodging.
For Those Wishing to Camp in an RV for the Weekend:

This is a high energy retail art & craft event with a solid emphasis on entertainment. Some key points to the structure of this event:

Heavily Advertised as an Art & Craft Event With Entertainment for the Entire Family.
Our advertising markets include but not limited to: Newspaper (Multiple when applicable), Multiple Radio Stations, Paid Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc...) Local Signage (When allowed), Paid Email Marketing. Between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 in advertising and marketing is invested in every Art & Craft Expo event we produce. This is not your average non-profit event or part time person attempting to produce an event, this is all we do and our success is dictated by your success!
Electricity is not available at this expo. We close well before dark. Quiet Generators are allowed, such as the Honda EU 2000 or Harbor Freight Predator brand equivalent and similar equipment. Special Note #1: If you plan to use a small quiet generator, you cannot have it at your booth or near your booth and other booths surrounding you due to gas fume problems with your neighbors. Be prepared to bring at least 150 feet of extension cord. If you have to run your extension cord across a public walk-way, it will be your responsibility to bury the cord under the topsoil ground as to not pose a trip hazard (if your booth is in an interior island, you will have to cross public walk-ways).

This is a daytime Non-Juried event. Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm
Set up will begin Friday 10 am to 6 pm and again Saturday morning 7 am to 9:30 am. You will have a scheduled window to arrive.
Security: There will be over night hired, insured security Friday and Saturday nights.
Booth & Table Fees:
A single Standard Inline 10x10 booth space is $185.00 for the entire weekend.
A Corner 10x10 booth space is $200.00 for the entire weekend.
$20.00 multi-booth discount for each booth you book beyond a 10x10.
Table Rentals: There are 6 foot x 2.5 foot and 8 foot x 2.5 foot tables available to rent. They are $11.00 each and you will be able to select the size and amount within the application. You are also welcome to bring your own table if desired.
Everyone must have their own pop up canopy tent. There is no color requirement. Your tent should look professional and in good working order. It must be sturdy enough to hold at least 35lbs of weight on each leg of the tent. Typical backyard, tailgating tents are not sturdy enough and often buckle and collapse with significant weight applied to them or any wind. Important, Specific to This Venue Location: There is a strict NO STAKING of tents anywhere on the property. You CANNOT STAKE your tent to the ground. Our tent weight requirement info below is very important.
*VERY IMPORTANT* All tents MUST be weighted down after set up to withstand 40 MPH gusts, no exceptions. Tying to your neighbors’ tent to secure yours is not allowed. 1 Gal milk or water jugs are not allowed. An unsecured (No weights) tent is a potential liability if it flies away and hits an event goer or another exhibitor /vendor. You must have sufficient weight on each tent leg to withstand 40 MPH gusts. You must you have at least 35lbs of weigh on each leg of the tent. We will be checking every single tent on Saturday morning to ensure all are secure with a weighting system. If yours is un-secure you will be asked to lower your tent until you can secure it with weights, please comply and thank you for adhering to this important tent safety matter. NO REFUNDS will be given for unsecured tents that are told to break down. We are saying all this from experience, it’s not fun watching a tent roll through a crowd of people! Remember, you are responsible for what your tent does at an event, i.e. injuring people or property. Latitude-88, Inc. assumes no responsibility for your tent causing injury or harm due to your negligence of not securing your tent in the manner discussed above.

*IMPORTANT:* We encourage you to obtain vendor liability insurance for your products and equipment while at this event but it is not required. Note: Latitude-88, Inc. is not responsible for loss of vendor products or equipment and does not provide liability insurance to cover your products and equipment. *IMPORTANT* We make every effort to assign you to your booth of choice but show management reserves the right to change your booth location for the benefit of field plan logistics. Reasons you might not get the booth you requested: Similar product vendor near your choice, booth availability at time of booking.
